AERIAL's fully automatic water separators have a proven track record in renovation drying. Their high-quality stainless steel casings make them especially robust and durable compared with conventional plastic systems.

Compact and convenient, with cable winder, these units are supplied ready to connect up to a compressor or a noise box with compressor. The connected compressor draws air/water (from an insulating layer, for instance) through the water separator. The design causes the water to collect in the VDT1000 until the integrated level regulator shuts off the side channel compressor and switches on the drainage pump, which then pumps the water out of the VDT1000 through the drainage pipe.
When the water level in the VDT1000 drops to around 1 cm, the compressor switches back on and continues until the next pumping phase.
